Get to Know Us

Hi, I’m Alis, the founder of Ina Flow.

I created Ina Flow to offer a more personal, balanced, and realistic approach to health—one that blends movement, mindfulness and nutrition in a supportive, down-to-earth way.

With a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Food and Human Physiology, an Advanced Diploma in Yoga Teaching, a Certificate IV in Mat & Reformer Pilates, and a Graduate Diploma of Education, I bring both a scientific and holistic understanding of the body and mind to my work. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, confident in your choices, and comfortable in your body.

I work with people from all walks of life and tailor every session to suit your unique needs—whether you’re managing stress, building strength, improving your eating habits, or simply looking to move and live with more ease.

Outside the studio, you’ll often find me in the kitchen, walking in nature, or living the same mindful principles I bring to my work. Ina Flow is more than just a studio—it’s a space for real, lasting wellbeing, built on knowledge, care, and connection.
