With over a decade of professional experience in health, education and movement, and more than 20 years of deep immersion in meditation, yoga, Pilates and nutrition I’ve dedicated my life to understanding how we can thrive in the modern world.

Ina Flow was born out of a desire to provide a more nourishing, down to earth approach to health. I draw on my background in science and education to offer a blend of yoga, Pilates, and nutrition that honors your body's unique needs. We focus on finding resonance in your daily habits, helping you to feel more connected, centered, and vibrant from the inside out.

My approach is built on a solid foundation of academic study and professional training. This background allows me to empower you with the knowledge and tools needed to create sustainable, long-term changes.

  • Bachelor of Science: Nutrition, Food & Human Physiology

  • Graduate Diploma: Education

  • Advanced Diploma: Yoga (Plus additional Yoga qualifications in Autism Spectrum Disorder, Yoga for Seniors, Yin, Pranayama, Philosophy etc.)

  • Certificate IV: Contemporary Pilates (Matwork & Reformer)

  • Certificate IV: Training And Assessment
