Focus: Strengthening the posterior chain (glutes and back) and improving upright posture.
Building on the principles of our Foundation 00 session, this class introduces multi-planar movements to strengthen the hips and the muscles that support your posture. After our signature foundational warm-up, we transition into side-lying exercises like clams and leg circles to target hip health and balance.
The final portion of the class focuses on the back of the body with gentle movements on the belly (prone), including alternate arm and leg lifts and "Cactus" arm squeezes to open the chest and strengthen the upper back.
Note: This class includes options to skip the belly-lying section and move straight to the cool-down if that position is uncomfortable for you.
