The Foundation of Union
Yoga is the Sanskrit word for union, and in this class, we return to that primary intention: Connection. Through a consistent rhythm of postures, flow, and pranayama, we work on the foundational skills of connecting the breath to the body and the self to the moment. This is the baseline from which all our flowing movement grows.
