Online & Face to Face Sessions
Online Sessions are available worldwide and are conducted in English via Google Meet. You will recieve a link at the time of booking. If you do not recieve the link, please contact us at info@inaflow.com.au and we can send it through :)

In-person Sessions are generally available with-in the Sydney region only. Special one off requests are welcome, however. These can be conducted in your home or any other space such of your choosing. Private sessions are available for 1 to 2 people. For larger groups, a separate group booking request can be made. ​​
What to bring?
For private sessions, please bring a Yoga mat, if you have one, and a bottle of water. Yoga mats are available, however, and all other equipment is provided.
What to wear?
Please ensure that you are wearing comfortable, flexible clothing. E.g. not jeans :D
How many people can be booked in a single session?
Private sessions accommodate up to 2 people. Anymore than 2 people will require additional payment and will need to be booked separately. Feel free to email us at info@inaflow.com.au for more information.
What to expect?
Your instructor will be available 10 to 15 mins before your session. Please be ready at least 5 mins before your session commences. For Yoga, Pilates and Meditation sessions, please remove your shoes and your mobile phones are requested to be switched off or on silent. Please wipe down any Ina Flow equipment used after use.
Do I need to book in?
Yes. 12 hours notice is required for private sessions. Payment is required to make a booking, unless you have booked a complimentary session.
