Initial Consultation
This is the first step in accessing private sessions with Ina Flow. In your first consultation, we’ll conduct a movement and alignment assessment (Yoga & Pilates only), discuss your needs and goals, and finish with a short session tailored to you. Based on this assessment, we will develop a personalised session plan to help you reach your goals. Afterward, you can choose to continue working one-on-one with us to stay on track and make real progress.
Services available are yoga, mat pilates, pilates reformer at home, meditation, nutrition or a combination of methods.

Mat Pilates
This focused 30 or 45-minute session is designed to build deep core strength, support pelvic floor health, and improve your posture—all through slow, controlled movements that are deeply connected to the breath.

You’ll be guided through mindful, mat-based exercises that strengthen and stabilise from the inside out. With an emphasis on precision, breath awareness, and body alignment, this session helps you move more efficiently, feel more supported, and stay connected to your body in everyday life.

Whether you're returning to movement, looking to improve strength without strain, or simply want to move with more awareness, this session offers a full-body approach that leaves you feeling strong, centred, and in control - all tailored to your body.
