Service Description

This is the first step in accessing private sessions with Ina Flow. In your first consultation, we’ll conduct a movement and alignment assessment (Yoga & Pilates only), discuss your needs and goals, and finish with a short session tailored to you. Based on this assessment, we will develop a personalised session plan to help you reach your goals. Afterward, you can choose to continue working one-on-one with us to stay on track and make real progress. Services available are yoga, pilates, meditation, nutrition or a combination of methods. After this first session we'll design a plan to help you find balance. Depending on your own unique requirements, this may help you to: - improve energy - manage weight - improve sleep - improve strength and tone - improve focus - relieve tension - improve range of motion - move more fluidly - improve lung function - improve general fitness and wellbeing


Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Ina Flow. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please read our booking policy carefully. Private Session Bookings Bookings are essential to secure your appointment. Bookings can be made online up to 12 hours before session start time, subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session time to receive a credit or reschedule. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours notice) or no-shows will result in the loss of that session. You can reschedule your session through your booking account if within the cancellation window. Refunds All payments made for sessions are non-refundable but are transferable within the expiry period. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at Ina Flow’s discretion. Session Packs 10-session packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and 5 session packs 3 months from date of purchase. Extensions will be considered only for medical or personal emergencies with supporting documentation. Arrivals & Etiquette Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and start on time. If you arrive late, the session may still finish at the scheduled end time to accommodate for subsequent booking times. Please turn off or silence your mobile phone before the session begins. Health & Safety If you feel unwell or are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, please stay home and rest. Inform your consultant of any injuries or health conditions before the session begins.
